Patch tests
All brow appointments require you to come for a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please arrange this when booking your appointment.
Deposits
New clients must pay a 50% deposit to secure their appointment, which will be deducted from your bill. The deposit is refundable or transferable with 72 hours notice.
Cancelations
Please provide 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours will incur a 50% charge.
